We're happy to announce registration is open! Before you register, please take a moment to carefully review the instructions and requirements for registration.
Due to the limited capacity of the conference venue, we kindly ask you to limit registrations to two persons per company or institution. Tickets can only be sold via this website with immediate online payment including, but not limited to credit cards. The tax invoice and the M-badge will be issued and emailed to you post-registration.
The regular ticket fee will be INR ₹ 1,79,000 (approximately €2050),Indian taxes of 18% GST and for foreign transactions a bank fee will be added.
Please note, that American Express (AMEX) cards are not accepted. Should you experience problems with the 3D Secure Authentication process of Visa or MasterCard, you can now pay directly via bank account to our accounts in Germany and India. To proceed with offline payment, please send an email to contactus@asiapacificconference.com with Cc to sagar.shah@indo-german.com for the offline payment process details.
Registered Delegates can now download their Conference Invitation letter and
supporting visa documents and fill in Form-2 to finalise the conference registration.
Kindly note that it is mandatory to submit Form-2. Form-2 will gather necessary information regarding your arrival, give you an opportunity
to indicate your choice of Breakfast Session, AHK Business Lunches and RSVP for the
Evening Events.
Important:
Kindly ensure that you have all necessary information (files to upload your passport
and visa documents) ready before completing Form-2, as changes cannot be made
once the form is submitted.

Media representatives can now submit their accreditation request.
Last day to submit the Media Accreditation Form is extended to 14th October.
