REGISTRATION
TICKET PRICE
Participants may benefit from a 10% Early Bird discount on the standard registration fee for a limited period. The Early Bird rate is valid for registrations completed on or before 30 June. After this date, registrations will be available at the regular ticket price.
All registration fees are subject to 10% Korean VAT in accordance with applicable regulations.
PAYMENT INFORMATION
Ticket prices are officially set in EUR.
Online Payment
Payments can be made online via international and domestic credit card payment methods.
For Early Bird registrations, the applicable amount is 3,300,000 KRW (excl. 10% VAT).
Please note that the above amounts are inclusive of associated card transaction fees.
The KRW amount is fixed for each registration phase and may be adjusted for subsequent pricing periods.
Bank Transfer
Payment by bank transfer is also available.
For Early Bird registrations, bank transfer payments can be made either in EUR at the stated ticket price or in KRW at 3,200,000 KRW (excl. 10% VAT).
Participants may complete their payment via the Wise payment link provided after registration, allowing for a convenient international bank transfer.
For participants who are unable to use the Wise payment option, standard bank transfer is also available.
For bank transfers:

EUR payments must be transferred to the designated overseas bank account

KRW payments must be transferred to the designated domestic bank account
Please ensure that all bank transfer charges are borne by the sender and that the full invoiced amount is received in our account.
Bank account details will be provided on the invoice after registration.
Media Accreditation
Media representatives may apply for accreditation to attend the 19th Asia-Pacific Conference of German Business (APK 2026).
All applications are subject to review and approval. Only approved applicants will receive confirmation and further information regarding access and participation.
